My adorable niece

Had a great afternoon with my niece Elizabeth who is a first year medic at GlasgowUniversity. We had a groupon voucher for afternoon tea with cocktails instead of the tea. Who could resist. One of Elizabeth's lectures today was given by the chief medical officer for Scotland his theme being public health. After I took this photo which I had said to "Shelley 11" I would blip. We realised how un public health like it was to be seen with all those empty glasses at five o'clock in the afternoon. We decided however that as the lecturer had warned against the dangers of stress it was ok cos we certainly weren't feeling in the least bit stressed!! Then went to see latest instalment of the twilight saga which we've watched together from the beginning. Tomorrow starts the long haul back to being fit enough for summer canoeing and boating. This seems to be getting harder each year. Can't think why. Night night. Xx
