Round and round

Took the afternoon off today so I could go to the dentist for a routine teeth cleaning. I hate having that done. Then I did a lot of washing including my duvet and some blankets. I am madly trying to get everything clean and presentable for C's visit. So it was a pretty boring way to spend an afternoon off work but it was so nice to leave work at 12.30. Really got me thinking how nice it must be to work part time but sadly the way my life is going I know I will be working full time until retirement age. So another 30-40 years of the 9-5 to look forward to.

Ok, enough depressing thoughts. Time to go and get on with the cleaning.
