Baking and beans talks

These are the breakfast muffins I made today for taking back to Glasgow. I do a batch from time to time and thought I might as well take advantage of the baking facilities available here.

I'm just about packed and spent my final evening at the theatre with my sister at the last night of the Perth Panto, Jack and the Beanstalk. We had a fantastic night: we caught some sweets; my favourite song 'defying gravity' was in the show and our friend Katie who played the front end of the cow gave us a shout out at the end! :)
