on my run, to steal a phrase: Mrs E played hockey with the dogs leaving me free to go off by road and do a good five mile jog. Six next week and so on, so ready to do thirteen again by the end of March and the next half marathon.

Wonderful warm, dry sunny day. My new £5 shorts from the sales, and my £3 high-vis running gloves, made it a good occasion.

After being deeply moved by The Lady (and coming home to see Aung San Suu Kyi on the news - Hague's visit) this evening it's back to the Regal to see The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
