is In Service Training. It means term is about to start. Today we thought about observing lessons, and how to use the the data we have on pupils to help them learn more.

Three of my colleagues went swimming in the river - there was a moment when I got rather serious about trying to remember the treatment for hypothermia, then for drowning, and then how to break through some locks to get a safety boat launched. But they emerged laughing.

Then we all gathered together to be happy.
