Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows

I enjoyed it. It was stupid, but such great fun. Completely OTT, outrageously impossible, but good clean adventuresomeness. I laughed quite a lot, felt quite concerned at times (even though I knew it would all work out), and just went along for the ride. There were big explosions, ridiculous jokes, and sizzles between Holmes and Watson. Incidentally, those two are brilliant together. Haven't seen a lead and lacky (although not really sure which is which) with such a spark for a while, brilliant casting there.

Spent quite a bit of the day looking after the nieceynephs while sister went to the movies with Granny, and brother-in-law went paddling. We played some Uno, made 2 minute noodles, and watched kids tv. I chased them around the house with clothes, refused to stop reading the paper and 'come and see!!' until they were dressed, and generally just had a nice time with them.
