Shell Suits

Shelduck in Tyninghame Bay, East Lothian. I got out for a lunchtime spin just before the children arrived home and as ever it made all the difference. I didn't sleep too well due to various worries but after battering round the woods I felt restored.

Now we're taking it easy as I work on a bit and it'll be early to bed for an early start to York for a day out. Vikings here we come!
