In general the first thing I see in the morning is the alarm clock, the other day, it was 5:10am but in general it is around the 6am mark.

Last thing I see at night? Maybe that will be a blip in a day or two.

So kids, in years to come, this was the first thing I would see in the morning, unless one of you came to wake me up.
