On our final night at the Auch Estate, Brigette, Julian, and I cooked Chicken Paprikash for the 12 of us who remained at the lodge. Frying the chicken produced a thick blue smoke that hovered beneath the inset spotlights in the ceiling - trapped above the height of the open windows.
