Guess the Herons Lunch......

Todays lunchtime action was taking place outside the sensible range of my 400mm lens (AKA The Stonker).

Just visible though you can see the Heron devouring something.

I'll give you some clues.

It's not a fish.

It's furry.

Some may say it's cute.

I have a new found respect for Grey Herons now after watching this fella stalking it's prey.
