Flat White Trim!!

Not a very special day. Into the blood bank to donate plasma. Unfortunately the adjustable chair I usually get was occupied and I had to be content with another style which does not allow for adjustment to suit individual donors. My poor old neck was severely compromised - head forced forward and down putting pressure on nerve roots in spine - and I took a couple of hours to stop feeling nauseous and faint. Oh well at least I earned my brownie points!

Mother perused some shops whilst I was coping and we met up for a coffee. Thus today's blip...good coffee too.
