Home comforts

Roast dinner followed by homemade apple crumble & Haagen Dazs vanilla ice cream - not bad for Monday lunch!

Sadly, it is the last meal I will be having at home for quite a few months - by the end of the day I'll be back in Edinburgh and getting ready to start placement in Fife.

My iPod, phone and Kindle are all charged, loaded up and ready for the journey.

I have even optimistically kept my textbooks out of my suitcase in the hopes of perhaps doing some placement reading!

The past 2 weeks can be summed up as "topsy turvy", however it has been good to be home and rest at least a little bit. I am really looking forward to being able to see everyone again - even if it is just at the weekends!

Onwards and upwards, right?
