yummy treats

wandered over to leith walk on my lunch break (past this ) and indulged with a sarnie and one of these babies from valvona & crolla , surely scotland's top italian delicatessen. they've started doing dessert-y cream cakes and wotnot now; i had to swiftly avert my eyes!

mind, i needed the sugar - if it weren't for this lovely chocolate donut i'm not sure i'd have managed to keep going all afternoon and thru til 8.30pm ... just the 2.5 hours after i was supposed to finish my shift. another reward on the way home, chips with salt and sauce!

hoping for a quieter day tomorrow...

(PS i didn't know blip was an edinburgh creation, how cool is that?)
