We splooshed through to the west today to try out the new Riverside Museum. Some familiar objects in a spangly new building on the Clyde. It rapidly became really busy, so that come lunchtime, every exhibit had a bustling crowd and there was an impatient queue for the restaurant. The kids had previously visited in the summer and had the inside knowledge of an alternative cafe inside the Glenlee Tall Ship. True to their word, we smugly dined at our own personal cafe onboard before spending some time loading sacks of sugar, rice and coal into the cargo hold.
