A day in the hills

A wee window in the very windy weather today, yesterday was very windy, galeforce winds threatened for tomorrow, but today was still, and we headed up Ben Gullipen.  We walked from Callander, and so did just over eight miles to the summit and back.  From the summit we had great views of Loch Venachar, Loch Balloch, Loch Lubnig, Ben Ledi, Tarmachan Ridge, Ben Vorlich, Ben More, to name some.  It was a fairly cold day, but we were lucky with no rain.  Five of us out today, lovely after the festivities; needed a stretch.
