Island Porcelain
It is a very dreich and very windy day today, and we are just taking it easy and recovering from the excesses of yesterday. Have only been out for a short walk, and didn't see anything worth blipping, so have looked around at home, and remembered my wee collection of Island Porcelain. These birds of Scotland are made on the Isle of Arran, and are really rather beautiful. The oystercatcher and the puffin are two of my favourites. The oystercatcher is on a stone from the summit of Craig Leacach, and in the front is a stone from the Tarmachan Ridge. Happy memories.
