Bagels!

I woke this morning on a mission to make Onion Bagels. As far as I have searched, Onion Bagels do not exist here in Christchurch. Thier cousins Parmasian, Plain, Raisin, & Poppy do. However, Onion Bagels are by far the best of them all. Such a pity New Zealand hasn't figured this out yet.

I'm so proud to say I was successful. Crunchy outside and chewy inside, loaded with onions by the square Centimetre. This will be a new family tradition for the rest of my life. Even if I found a bakery that did bake them, I would now prefer my own (and my family thinks so, too!)
