Christmas 12 - Christmas day at The Scotsman

This picture is a bit blurry but I really like it. It pretty much sums up the brilliant time I had at the Scotsman. You can see me at the back with my lovely friends Kevin and Alex on my right. We are surrounded by the great restaurant staff which did a brilliant job. They were really nice, smiley and helpful considering they had to work on Christmas day and how busy it was! The restaurant was heaving with people and there were baloons flying all over the place. There was jazzy Christmas music in the background played by a live band as well, which added to the atmosphere. So, on the whole, I had a brilliant time! Feeling really stuffed and still a bit tipsy now, although I had a long siesta when I got home.

Thanks very much Kevin and Alex for being such wonderful friends. This was a great Christmas present!

On another note, we have a resident homeless man in the area where I live, and I thought it would be a nice idea to go and give him a box of chocolates. I offered him the box wishing him a happy Christmas, but he refused them. Maybe he doesn't like chocolate... oh well!

Working tomorrow, so early night for me!
