The Hazyland Boys

A different Christmas

First of all - thank you for all your well wishes for my mum. It really is very worrying, but it lovely to know that so many blippers out there care about us.

The Hazyland boys and I went for a long walk this morning and they decided to take a little Christmas swim in the lake too. Brrrrrrr...

When we came back, I put the dogs in the car and we went to the hospital to see my mum. My dad was there too and he had brought all my mum's Christmas presents. It was nice and my mum was feeling quite well. Then after about an hour, she suddenly had some kind of relapse, which upset and scared her a lot. My dad and I stayed until she felt better again.

My dad and I went to my parent's home and had a late Christmas lunch before I went back home. My mum's dog Bridie came back with me. My dad won't have much time for her, whilst my mum is in hospital as he has to work and will be spending a lot of time at the hospital with my mum too.

It was late afternoon when I came back home, so I have fed the boys + Bridie and I've finally had time to open all my Christmas presents too.

I am now hoping for a quiet evening at home with the boys (oh and Bridie of course) and no bad news from the hospital.

Bottom left: Christmas lunch with my dad. The dogs were more than willing to help out in the kitchen.
Bottom right: Bridie came just in time to share a wonderful Christmas dinner with the Hazyland boys. Liver pate, yoghurt, gravy and some dog food. YUMMY!

I thought I would share this little film with you. It is wonderful.

Happy Christmas every one and once again - thank you for all your good wishes.
