humming christmas tunes

peggy has been pottering about all day while we get the house ready for tomorrow, humming christmas tunes to herself...here she is humming away whilst doing some maths and colouring in - and keeping her dad company whilst he chopped some veg.

daisy, however, has been exhausted to the point of hysteria after her sleepover last night...I can't tell you the relief for us all when she fell asleep. even dougal was giving her a wide berth. she was like linda blair in the exorcist.

beth spent the evening mentally preparing herself for a long, sleepless night wondering if santa had been. she had a hot bath and warn milk before bed to try and induce sleepiness. not sure it worked.

so, it's the night before christmas and all is quiet...hope you all have a wonderful christmas!
