Sunset

It's not a common occurrence that I see the sunset these days, seeing as how I'm usually trapped in an office until well after dark.
Today though, seeing as how it's the last working day before Christmas (I could not get motivated. I literally did about an hour or so of actual work today), the office shut at lunch time. It was my last day though, so it was sad to walk out the door for the last time - but those people haven't seen the last of me! I was given some lovely leaving gifts, including a cupcake baking and decorating course, so I am going to be baking wonderful cupcakes for them all to enjoy. Just a little way of saying 'thank you' to them for making the last few months so enjoyable, and for being so welcoming and friendly right from the very beginning of my time there.

So, seeing as how I was at homewhen it was still light (after a 2 hour lunch with the girls), I thought I'd take a walk to try catch the sunset. I took this at the park near us. It was so nice to be out and about.

SO excited it's Christmas Eve tomorrow!!
