Victory!

My regular reader may recall my recent accumulation of parking tickets from the university car park. Well, three pages, 1087 words and five enclosures later and I am delighted to report that common sense has prevailed!


PS - Just been down the bottom of the garden and noticed that the daffodil shoots are up!
