December Moth

I am very lucky to work with the Lancashire county moth recorder who's passion for moth's is bordering on the evangelical. As it has been so mild he's been trapping moth's on dry December evenings and this morning presented me with this to photograph along with a Mottled Umber. Both had to be cooled down in the office fridge before being inactive enough to photograph.
