It's a blast

This is yours truly at work. No I've not got a p/t job as a chainstore Santa. This morning i've been doing some publicity shots with some civic dignitaries to mark the completion of a greenway link to National Cycle Route 55 that runs thru Cuerden Valley Park. The fund I manage put £25k towards the scheme. Usually these events are staged managed with councillors posturing for the camera. We said that we would only do the photshoot if it had a Xmas theme ie ' got a new bike for Xmas well why not bring it to CVP for a ride'. Muggins volunteered to dress up as Santa, not sure the dignitaries were all that happy but at least it will get featured in the local papers along with all the nativity play pictures before Xmas. I stayed in character and went back to our offices and distributed sweets around the wildlife trust staff for a bit of season cheer
