Christmas litter from Craigmount School

This is a nice Christmas litter from about 50m of the 0.5km walkway between Craigmount High School and the local chippy, less what is eaten by the seagulls. The Council clears it once a week, so you can see that about a score of pupils produce many kilos of litter year. Is the school a local health hazard?
