Helicopter Air Ambulance

The helicopter air ambulance always is an approach / avoidance issue for me.

I love these aircraft and the advantage they provide to the seriously ill folks they transport.

I have developed a significantly uncomfortable gut reflex response to the situations requiring the ambulance.

I went out to get this picture anyway.

It seems my attraction is strong enough to overcome the twist in my gut.
