Today I went to Shearer's and bought....

some pancakes,

two packs of mini oatcakes,

two seed bells for the budgies,

one seed bar for the hamster,

one squeaky farmhouse cheese,

one pack of oolong tea

and a giant slab of treacle toffee (including a hammer).

I also bumped into a couple of friends,

wished a lot of people a merry christmas,

and clapped* the cat.





* before any of you get confused, in Scotland we use the word clapped instead of patted.
