Back to the gym
I decided to start my diet and fitness regime today. I know it's a stupid time of year to start it but it has to start sometime. I therefore done my food shop today and got loads of fresh health salad stuff. I then went to the gym for an hour and Suprisingly I actually felt good after a 5k run on the running machine.
I think I'm going to set me a challenge to lose 2stone by 25th feb, (snowboarding holiday). I know I can do it as I have done it before a couple of years ago and that year I went on to run a half marathon and I clocked a time of 1hour 40mins. The only problem I have is that I'm going to have to weigh myself and I don't want to do that as it will depress me how much weight I've put on. I will do it first thing tomorrow morning when you are at your lightest.
