A Bleak Day

Well as you can see from the photo, this is the type of day it has been here in the North East of England - dreary, damp, dull and extremely cold. Not really a good day to be taking photographs and completely uninspiring. This is the best I could manage today. It was taken at Waldridge Fell.

I have also been having a lot of trouble with my knee which is causing me some discomfort. I've been taking glucosamine and omega 3 capsules which does help but if I've been walking for any length of time it begins to hurt again. And this cold weather seems to aggravate it even more. I'm going to have to get it checked out I think :-(
