This Photography is Challenging!
I've been doing a little photography project this weekend and I've realised what a skilled job it is, even with a DSLR. Today, the light was rubbish, it was cold, wet and I couldn't find the shots I was looking for.
I was looking for someone with an afro for this shot, but alas carwash haircuts are few and far between in Edinburgh mid-December. This lass was really chatty! The biggest problem with stopping people in the street is trying to get aperture and speed just right in 2 seconds flat! I am a beginner so a few possible good shots didn't work out!
Rosemary was off with ERC on the Saturday chain-gang so I took the opportunity to try out Kilimanjaro on the Bridges for a quick espresso! Nice and sweet Square Mile Red Brick . Not their best blend but still pretty good. then off to Coffee and Brass for some Union Blend. It was really nice, better than last time.
I met Rosemary at Black Medicine for lunch, but we didn't stay long as she was freezing and needed to get home and changed. After that we headed off into town and I chose a new pair of glasses. I was quite surprised with myself as my fav ones weren't too expensive and Rosemary was proud because I didn't buy the Oakley's!
We then went up to the Chocolate Tree and I got stressed choosing chocolates for her mum! Long story....! Then we headed to Robert, Haley and the kids house for dinner! Pandemonium as ever but fun in the end!
