Too short a weekend!

I was a grumpy bum today as I knew it was a short one as I needed to get the 16:10 back to Manchester so R and I had limited time together.

After a sleep in and a cooked breakfast we headed off to Ronde via the Botanic Gardens. The coffee was excellent today and there were some lovely bikes in! The train journey home was painless..... I was excited because I was reading Billy Connolly's biography by his missus and knew someone that was mentioned!

For you youngsters out there, Billy Connolly is one of the funniest people ever to live. Some of the book is pretty moving, even more so because I can relate to a lot of what's in the book.
