The Flying Scotsman

1. It's always really to good meet someone who is exceptional. This is Graeme Obree. He's back and has written a book which he signed for us this afternoon. It was a genuine pleasure meeting him. Heroic, brave, talented, troubled, determined and innovative. And right there. You could do a lot worse than spend some time finding out about him. One of the good guys and we leave feeling better than we went in.

2. High on hero dust, we foolishly dip our toes in the Christmas shopping whirl pool. It's not too bad. Not really.

3. Surviving, we take to the kitchen to start baking some Christmas presents. It's not as easy as you might think melting chocolate.

4. An assembly line of a kitchen and a curry on the way.

5. A Sunday night with no Sunday night feeling. A flying kind of feeling.
