1. A little fuzzy headed but full of thanks that we found a taxi when we needed one last night, the day eases into action with a slippy journey to fetch breakfast.

2. One of the finest bacon baguettes known to man makes an appearance followed by a tardis count and the Grayson Perry Imagine on iplayer. Which dazzles the eyes and warms the heart.

3. I was supposed to be at Panto tonight. I haven't been to one yet and I'm running out of time (insert 'oh no your not' style jokes here). But for one reason or another the trip was cancelled.

4. So a night at home, where I have a very productive evening. A dinner prepared, a bathroom cleaned, a big bath enjoyed with my new lotions and potions, my seat cushion cut and pinned and tacked ready for Thursday and Strictly Come Dancing watched.

5. Caramel wafers for pudding.
