The Dualit Toastr

How annoying; I lost my entry and now I'm too tired to write it again. I wrote a piece about this iconic British toaster I have had for decades and how it has no 21st century fan- dangled features like pop up!! I found an abandoned one and my partner, who does nothing my halves spent a day polishing it and replacing one of the elements and it looks magnificent. We are giving it to his brother who will appreciate the design but also the fact that it is recycled as he lives a self sufficient lifestyle. They are very expensive in Australia. I wonder if they are still made in England? someone out there must know......
