chilli nite

E has moved out of the Cork house and left goodies in the fridge. I found this bag of chilli's looking like they might be suspiciously hot, brought them home for hubs the chillimonger to sample. Nearly blew his tongue off!! half of a tiny one went into the fish risotto > perfection > gentle tingle of goodness!
We sorted the good from the soggy and the selected ones are drying by the fire, they should last us a year at that strength!
Chillin out by the fire with Hubs,veno and Tim Minchin , unfortunately not in the flesh, but still fabulous. I particularly like Canvas Bag.
