Holly and snow --

Well at first I thought the little snow and the clearer skies were a big improvement on the rain. wind and hail of the last two days but it has caused chaos on the roads here. We set out twice to shop this morning but were told bu neighbours that all the roads were gridlocked.

When we got home last night the drive was sparkling with frost and ice, so I think a little snow on top over night must have made the roads treacherous. Crazy.

Still got my indoor jobs done and then walked to the village to get my sparkly Christmas nails done!
