flying squirrel

This is the view from my deck, and this is actually a BIRD feeder, but the squirrels have taken over.

Today, two of them were sparring over the best position for chowing on the birdseed. This one had settled in, but when his buddy attacked, he literally flew across the feeder.

Anyone who watches my journal will probably grow familiar with my birdfeeder, as I have a wonderful variety of guests, and I'm trying to catch them all having dinner.

My friend outdoorguy loves the squirrels, so I will usually leave it up to him to post them.
