End of Autumn
My daughter and her family decided to have a roadside stand this fall. This was one of the pumpkins that she grew, and it decorated my kitchen from early October until after Halloween, then welcomed people on my porch until this morning.
I'm amazed at how beautiful it has remained, but it's time to give it to the deer.
One last shot in the rain next to my hundred-year-old oak stump. A windstorm in 1999 twisted this old beauty around and onto our garage. Now my yard gets alot more light, but I miss my old friend.
