Tui and convulvulous

This tui is special because it is the first one this year that I've captured at my house rather than at work or the local cafe. This guy is on my neighbours flax.

As you can see, he has a good crop of convulvulous - but he also has a lovely dark red flax.

This was taken very late in the day so the tui has come up almost as a silhouette and therefore he has very little colour - though the weeds and flax have picked up the last of the sun well.
