St Nick from Belarus

The boys' infant school had links with Belarus and I bought several of these cute little tree decorations from some of the Belarusians when they were over here on a visit. They're my favourite decorations. Although the tree was purchased on Sunday it didn't go up until yesterday evening due to an unexpected downpour while the tree was waiting to be brought indoors on Sunday afternoon.

A manic day today, starting with the usual dog walk and morning at work, and followed by an hour talking to a man about a new front door (who knew there was that much to say??), then a high speed walk over Iron Hill to wear the dogs out, followed by a dash to Midhurst with the boys for a dental check-up, and back home to cook a Carbonara with Son2.
