Run out of water

A 1935 swimming pool, now totally dry. No more purpose, other than a subject for photographs and nostalgia. No longer meets the standards swimmers expect and deserve. A stage at the far end, used when it was first opened for Winter concerts, the pool boarded over and became a dance floor. Despite the terrible accoustics, I could hear Glenn Miller.
