Squirrels galore!

Gale force winds have returned to Scotland so I stayed indoors and blipped the squirrels tucking into the bird food.

All attempts to deter them so have far failed including the use of spices such chilli powder, recommended by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.

We have even resorted to covering the thin iron pole in goosefat. The squirrels eat it.

Nothing works.
If anyone knows of a solsution I would be most grateful.
