Visitor again!

I'm late in getting my blip in today. Got up this morning, opened the blinds and the sliding glass door and it was like spring had snuck in!! The sky was blue, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, it was warmer than the past several mornings....glorious! AND, the hummingbirds were very busy at the feeder! I snapped a few before leaving the house. Converted to B&W and had to mess with it a bit so quite a bit of noise but they make me smile. I hope they make you smile too!! :)
Thanks for all the comments on my yuuuuummmmyy dessert last night. I hate to admit it but it was gone by noon today and I hate to admit this but I'm the only one that likes it so you know what that means.....yep, I hate the whole thing!!! It is such an easy recipe I'm going to blip it right now for those that might want to give it a try......
Cherry Cream Cheese Pie (as my Mom called it)
2 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
1 can cherry topping
With a blender, blend cream cheese alone then gradually add sweetened condensed milk until blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla and mix another minute. Pour in crust and chill for couple hours till firm(or, if like me and can't wait, chill for half hour and eat blobs!!) Top with cherry pie filling and enjoy!! Let me know what you all think!!
