YUUUUMMMMMYY!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far!
I did get up at 5am to see if the sky was clear.....nope. We have been having sunny clear skies for almost 2 weeks and when do the clouds decided to come in?? Yep. Last night. I kept looking outside to see if the clouds broke apart so I could get even a little glimpse of the eclipse. Looked until 6:15 then gave up. Boooo. Well, I will have to hope the weather cooperates in 2014 when the next one is suppose to happen!! I did cruise thru the thumbnails and found some great shots from other blippers. I was happy SOMEONE got to see it! :)
Unfortunately, I went back to bed this morning. Mistake. Slept till 10 then got up and went to work. Stopped on the way home tonight to get the ingredients for cherry creamcheese pie, as my mom used to call it. I love that stuff and get a hankering for it a few times a year. Made it about a week ago but decided to try it with a berry mix. NOT the same. Had to do it again tonight with cherries, like it's suppose to be. As you can see I couldn't wait for it to set all the way. When I took a piece it all fell into the space!! Oh well, it still tastes good!! Might have to go have another blob piece. Yum!
