Loch Lubnaig looking North up Strathyre

The weather this morning was a bit "whether or not" but venture forth we did. After a brief supermarket visit, we went up through Callander to Loch Lubnaig. Backtracked a little and then up over the Duke's Pass to Aberfoyle. To Mag's horror, there was still a fair bit of hard-packed snow on the road which gave some cause for concern. Coming down into Aberfoyle we passed, on the opposite side, a sign saying "Road Ahead Closed" Gulp!
Back home, decided to go out for lunch at a favourite local restaurant. Steak pie & chips. So traditional I know but great comfort food it really is.
No "lazy Sunday afternoon" for we attacked the car. A thorough wash and a hoover out was called for. The recent evil weather had left the Silver Machine looking distinctly grubby and a sound wash 'n' brush up was very much in order.
Fast forward to "Strictly". And now we are three! Goodbye Alex; goodbye Holly. Who will lift the glitterball next week? Answers please on the back of £10 notes!
