Ethiopian Night

Went to an Ethiopian restaurant which was tricky to find- even for our taxi driver, who dropped us off about two miles from it- in the tipping rain! Ethiopian dining in Beijing eh! Proof, if you ever needed it, that restaurants have moved on a lot since the country opened its doors to the outside world.

Once seated, we had a fun night and were entertained by these three dancers who kept popping up every couple of minutes in different costumes. In fact a few of the girls on our table joined them as the wine kicked in.

Fortunately for Jodie, her camera only has a 32MB memory card, so by the time she was up on the stage, the camera was out of memory!
