Save Me

I decided to venture into Wigan today for some retail therapy...oh yeh, at this time of year, it is worse than ever and I dislike shopping at the best of times. I was in the town centre minutes after dropping the boys off at school. At least the shops were fairly quiet. I did manage to get a few more gifts for Christmas. I dodged the worst of the weather. I managed to be home by 11am. All in all not too bad of a shopping trip. I did pass this church on the way back to the car-park, laden with bags, raining a little (not me, the weather) and I almost wished I was religious so that I could've popped into the church and found inner peace but instead, I went home, made myself some dinner and watched Loose Women. Each to their own.
