Truth be told, I'm quite impressed with HP's service

You may recall that on Wednesday , I had several hours of deep and meaningful conversation with HP's chatline about my card reader.

Eventually, they got bored and resorted to tech support fall back number 1.

"Send the customer a new part"

It arrived today, and it's installed. By me on my Jack Jones no less. Took 10 minutes including watching the explanatory video
