Faces of Fiona #37
She arrived this morning having already experienced decorating her own Christmas tree so when she saw our tree all lit up and a box of ornaments nearby, she shrieked, pointed, and knew just what to do! Now our tree is heavily laden with ornaments about 3 feet high and 3 feet wide -it's a wonder it didn't fall over. That's partly because after she put the ornaments on (you can see how seriously intent she can be) she took many off!
Fiona (typhoid Mary) has recovered from her cold last week, and the strep in her blown eardrum causing her to miss the whole week of day-care. We are a bit slower to recover, but we will get there soon and hope that will be it for the season. It only happens when we have a kid in preschool. We did go to the Children's Museum this am to provide her with some space to run herself ragged but it was crowded with kids too old. It is my least favorite place to take her, but it's the closest, and the safest for her with the most things she can do. And there was xmas music she enjoyed upstairs and the xmas train set. AND she finally took a nap. All is well.
