It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Various festive meats ordered, copious amounts of mince pies made and letter written to Santa. Must remember to post tomorrow, though apparently (according to Royal Mail) his last posting day is 14th December. Will see if we've made it in time to get a response. The elder child is now wise to the likelihood of this happening and is having a hard job suppressing his newly acquired wisdom. So far my glares are working and he is managing to do so, which will hopefully last as Anna is having a lovely time with all things festive.

The rest of the day has been spent recovering from the decision this morning to attend a zumba class immediately before my tap class. Foolishly I thought this would be followed by an afternoon of work but it was largely spent eating as 2 hours of dancing seemed to trigger quite an appetite.

Anna has made me promise there will be a mince pie left for Santa. I'll do my best.
